Cancellation Policy
【Reservation & Cancellation Policy】 ・Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the tour date. ・Cancellations made 2 days before or later will incur a 100% cancellation fee. ・Rescheduling is generally accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled tour, subject to availability. 【Payment & Refund】 ・Full payment is required in advance by credit card at the time of booking. ・In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or organizer’s decision, a full refund will be issued. 【Late Arrival & No-Show】 ・Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the start time may be treated as a cancellation. ・No-shows are not eligible for a refund. 【Participation Requirements】 ・The tour is suitable for participants aged 6 and above. ・Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. ・In case of rain, the itinerary may be partially modified. 【Other Notes】 ・We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the tour.
